There is always that point in our life when we are faced with situations that seems there is no way out, but that is not true with the law of cosmos. “Every condition we find ourselves can be well overcome and a lasting peace can be achieved if only we can choose and apply our thoughts rightly we will find that no condition has power over us”
Challenges are what make life more intriguing and interesting for without them, life will be meaningless. We get better with every challenge we face, and overcome, However this is not always the case with some of us (or some others), who get confused as to where to turn to when we are faced with undesirable conditions. Some choose to shy away from it or totally ignore it, but that will mean postponing the inevitable, for the earlier we come to terms with it, the better.

What then is the way by which we can permanently get out of undesirable conditions? Below is a list of some of the possible ways. I have outlined and laid emphasis on four in no particular order.
How to get out of undesired conditions
1. Get ahead with positive thoughts: With the right and true application of thought we ascend to the divine peace, with the abuse and wrong application of thoughts we enter into the very bosom of misery, Pain and regret. James Allen in his all time classic- As a man thinketh wrote “The mind is the master, we are made or unmade by our thoughts, by ourselves we forge the weapons by which we destroy ourselves likewise we fashion tools with which we build for ourselves heavenly mansions of joy and strength and peace” I like that ideal because the mind is the starting point of all our miseries and pain. This is not to say that we are unaffected by external forces but with the mind we can choose how we react to them whether positively or negatively. No matter how trivial or how cumbersome your condition might be, if you continue to dwell in unhappy thoughts you will surely be miserable. But if you dwell in lofty thoughts your mind will be opened to opportunities and circumstances that will aid your quest to find a lasting solution. There is no way of permanently rising above undesirable condition than this: Eradicate those selfish and negative thoughts within.

2. Cease to Complain: “there is no room for complainers in a universe of law”. There is this tendency with most people to always complain and give excuses for their shortcomings and misfortunes. Excuse is the bedrock of failure. Then they begin to look for who to put blame on instead of taking full responsibility for their actions and in-actions.
They blame parents, circumstances of birth, environment, friends, relation and even God himself. But the truth is, the things and people you blame for your condition(s) are not the cause of it. The cause is deep within and the remedy or solution is deeper within, search diligently and you shall find it.
Let us cease to ask “God why me”, and come to the realization that there is no one better and no time can be better than that moment because tomorrow is soon enough.
It is not enough to fume and fret over circumstances and undesirable conditions, you must understand why you are going through them and that is the most important thing. When you have come to the knowledge, you can confidently face your fears and inadvertently and almost effortlessly overcome them.
Do unto others as you would like to be done unto you, this is the secret of securing desirable conditions and undesirable conditions will be overcome
3. Choose your friends: Humans are susceptible to the moods, emotions and way of thinking of the people they spend their time with. Therefore, it is imperative that we choose wisely those we wish to associate with. There is a particular phrase that goes thus “show me your friend and I will tell you who you are” I agree with this ideal as it is true at least to some extent. Your friend should be that person who has and add value to you, who you are and what you do. Your friend should be that person who supports you, and lifts you, also he should know when you are about to fall off a cliff.
Now if you dwell with people who are debased and derailed, you will surely be like them, on the other hand, if you dwell with people who are lofty in thought, you will surely by the inevitable law of reaction be like them. People who are lofty in thought are unselfish because they have realized the true and absolute state of peace.
I will tell you this, Where you find unbroken gentleness, enduring patience, enduring peace, sublime lowliness, graciousness of speech, self forgetfulness, and deep and abounding sympathy, look there for this height of wisdom, seek company, with such people, you must seek company with those who have what you desire.

4. Build yourself up in faith: It is never enough to pray to God for your problems, to pass away and go with winds, But you must understand why you are going through that situation or condition and the lessons it has for you, and then you must overcome by yourself through faith. Never over indulge yourself or deluge in self pity, for there is no practice more degrading and soul destroying than that of self pity. It is a canker worm, an enemy that must be kept at arms length.
Psalm 46:1 tells us “God is our refuge and fortress, an ever present help in time of trouble”. Irrespective of your condition or circumstance, God is with you. His grace towards you can never be so far fetched. This however does not mean that your problems will just disappear, no don’t get me wrong, it does means that God always sees us through trials and tribulations. Take a moment to consider and ponder your fears and then compare it with Gods plan for you through the meditation of his words in the bible. Also pray God to help transform your thoughts and continue to maintain a right understanding of yourself and your purpose.
Over to you, what do you think of these four highlighted ways out of undesirable conditions? Have any one help you in the past or which of them can you relate with? What are your thoughts on these four ways and what you have added if you wrote this piece? Share with us using the comment area below.
